Below are some of my thoughts and opnions consolidated.
1. Mahatma Gandhi was truly a mahatma with his selfless deeds, but as he too was a mortal he was also cursed with a negative point. His big mistake was that he assumed every body else to be a mahatma just like him and took their thoughts to be devoid of any selfishness (at face value).
2. We Indians consider our victories in some small battles to be a victory in the big war and tend to celebrate early. For example, before the Sania-Maria match a stagering 82% of Indians were convinced that Sania would win, whereas, the match was a one-sided one in favour of Maria. Another example is our cricketeers are given a superstar status after just a single good show and now we are doing the same to Sania, who has just created ripples let alone a single wave. This causes them to relax and let the feeling of complacency as they make a good sum in just a short time and feel that they do not have to work hard anymore.
3. How many of us have had this feeling to be a hero and fight like them? Well, atleast most of us have that. But this is always was, is and will be a dream. I wish I could be like them and fight like them but instead I am....
4. Do any of you believe in after life? Well I believe and infact would very much like one to be there. I would like to roam this world as a spirit and do things that I cannot when I am alive. One thing is for sure, I will be a good spirit. One thing I will ask the Almighty is that except him no one else should be able to control me.

point 1 always happens in the case of perfectionalists who are also utmost honest and humble.
point 2: India is a country so devoid of great exploits in World Sports,exception- the great Indian Hockey teams of 40's and 50's. So, even a small achievement is considered a great one since it satisfies the inner ego(of most of us).
point 4: i believe in this life only, we can reach and know about all the secrets and mysteries of the world- we do have the inner strength to do so- but it is a long journey.
