Idealism

Being idealistic in this current world is very very very difficult. Infact, it is far from practical and is just a waste of time. Especially, being idealistic is a curse more than anything else. The reason being that being idealistic we expect everyone else to be the same and when that does not happen and when we find that we have no way of enforcing the same you tend to get frustrated and disgusted. Most of all we tend to build up anger. This is more detrimental to our health and the others who are far from idealism lead a care free live.
But the biggest problem of all is that even though we know that our idealistic ideas have no place in this world we are unable to abandon them and this is even more painful. When will we learn. Anybody there with some ideas to overcome this will gain my eternal gratitude.

Hey let me try to help u out, why do you want to be idealistic in the first place? Is it bcos u think being idealistic is what u are or bcos u want to be called idealistic by this mortal world. If you belong to the former then as krishna said don't worry about the result but enjoy the duty (journey) , so be idealistic whatever hell the world thinks abt u, but if you belong to the latter, quit being idealistic.

Any way while I was browsing,I stumbled upon ur blog, u are a man continuously reinventing urself. That will take u along way in life.
